The Constitutional Council proclaimed on October 27, 2025 the official results of the presidential election held on October 12. Paul Biya was declared President-elect after obtaining the majority of votes cast.

Out of a total of 8,082,692 registered voters, the election recorded a turnout rate of 57.76%, representing 4,668,446 voters. Here is the ranking of the main candidates:

Geographic Distribution
The results show significant regional disparities. The Centre region recorded the highest turnout rate (69.85%), while the Adamawa region shows the lowest rate (45.34%). The diaspora also participated in the election with 16,776 actual voters.
