DGTCFM organisation chart: Full official structure

Decree No. 2013/066 of January 28, 2013, establishes the organization of the Directorate General of the Treasury, Financial and Monetary Cooperation (DGTCFM) at the central (1), decentralized (2), and external (3) levels.

1. At the central level.

It is divided into administrative and control units (a), cross-functional and support structures (b) and operational units (c);

a) Administrative and control units.

  • The Order Service;
  • The Legislation and Codification Unit;
  • The Inspectorate of Treasury Services.

b) Cross-functional and support structures.

  • The Directorate of General Affairs;
  • The IT Division.

c) Operational units.

  • The Treasury Directorate;
  • The Insurance Directorate;
  • The Microfinance Division;
  • The Directorate of Financial and Monetary Cooperation;
  • The Directorate of Public Accounting.

2. At the decentralized level

  • The General Treasury Pay Office;
  • The Specialized Pay Offices;
  • The General Treasuries;
  • The Regional Monetary and Insurance Affairs Services;
  • The Financial Revenue Offices;
  • The Collection Offices;
  • The Accounting Agencies.

3. At the external level

The DGTFMC is present in accounting posts attached to diplomatic and consular representations.
