MOH TANGONGHO Sylvester<\/strong>, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Tr\u00e9sor, de la Coop\u00e9ration Financi\u00e8re et Mon\u00e9taire (DGTCFM) au Minist\u00e8re des Finances (MINFI), une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation officielle camerounaise a pris part aux travaux de la <strong>26\u1d49 Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Annuelle (AGA) de l'ATIDI<\/strong> (African Trade & Investment Development Insurance \u2014 Assurance pour le D\u00e9veloppement du Commerce et de l'Investissement en Afrique), tenue \u00e0 Nairobi, au Kenya, du 30 juin au 3 juillet 2026.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <!-- \u2550\u2550\u2550 SECTION 1 \u2013 25TH ANNIVERSARY \u2550\u2550\u2550 -->\r\n    <h2>UN RENDEZ-VOUS PLAC\u00c9 SOUS LE SIGNE DU 25\u1d49 ANNIVERSAIRE<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Organis\u00e9e au Nairobi Serena Hotel et accueillie par le Gouvernement du Kenya, cette \u00e9dition a marqu\u00e9 le <strong>25\u1d49 anniversaire<\/strong> de l'institution panafricaine, r\u00e9unissant hautes personnalit\u00e9s africaines, chefs d'\u00c9tat, d\u00e9cideurs publics et repr\u00e9sentants de la communaut\u00e9 financi\u00e8re internationale. Plac\u00e9s sous le th\u00e8me <strong>\u00ab Empowering Africa: Risk Managed, Growth Unlocked \u00bb<\/strong>, les travaux ont permis de dresser le bilan d'un quart de si\u00e8cle d'action de l'ATIDI, qui revendique aujourd'hui plus de <strong>93 milliards de dollars US<\/strong> mobilis\u00e9s en faveur de secteurs \u00e9conomiques critiques \u00e0 travers le continent.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Un d\u00eener de gala organis\u00e9 en marge de l'Assembl\u00e9e a permis de pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats financiers 2025 de l'institution, marqu\u00e9s par une progression du r\u00e9sultat net de <strong>20 %<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>71,4 millions de dollars US<\/strong>, pour un total de bilan de <strong>1,06 milliard de dollars<\/strong> et des capitaux propres de <strong>883 millions de dollars<\/strong>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"quote-block\">\r\n        <p>\u00ab <strong>Le financement du d\u00e9veloppement de l'Afrique par les Africains<\/strong> : l'enjeu central des \u00e9changes de Nairobi. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- \u2550\u2550\u2550 SECTION 2 \u2013 MOBILIZING SAVINGS \u2550\u2550\u2550 -->\r\n    <h2>MOBILISER L'\u00c9PARGNE AFRICAINE POUR FINANCER L'AFRIQUE<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur un enjeu central pour la trajectoire \u00e9conomique du continent : le financement du d\u00e9veloppement de l'Afrique par les Africains eux-m\u00eames. Les discussions ont notamment soulign\u00e9 le potentiel que repr\u00e9sentent les capitaux domestiques de long terme \u2014 fonds de pension, actifs d'assurance et r\u00e9serves des banques centrales \u2014 dont une part importante demeure aujourd'hui investie hors du continent, en raison notamment d'une perception de risque encore \u00e9lev\u00e9e sur les march\u00e9s africains, alors m\u00eame que le continent fait face \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit annuel de financement estim\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de <strong>400 milliards de dollars<\/strong>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Ces travaux ont confort\u00e9 la vocation de l'ATIDI en tant qu'outil de mutualisation et de transformation du risque, au service d'une architecture financi\u00e8re africaine plus autonome, capable de mobiliser l'\u00e9pargne du continent et de la connecter \u00e0 des investissements productifs.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <!-- \u2550\u2550\u2550 SECTION 3 \u2013 INVESTMENT PROMOTION \u2550\u2550\u2550 -->\r\n    <h2>UNE JOURN\u00c9E D\u00c9DI\u00c9E \u00c0 LA PROMOTION DES INVESTISSEMENTS<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        La derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de l'Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la promotion des investissements.
