transformed into an open\u2011air screening centre. The programme included ophthalmological consultations, blood pressure measurement, blood sugar screening and hepatitis B and C tests \u2014 four essential health components brought together in a single morning, right at the workplace.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        What if taking care of your staff started with taking care of their health? That was the bet made by the Staff Delegates' College of the Directorate General of the Treasury, Financial and Monetary Cooperation (DGTCFM), by organising this \"Health Morning\" for the benefit of the staff of the Central Services and the General Treasury Pay Office.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <!-- \u2500\u2500 SECTION 1 \u2500\u2500 -->\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:1.6rem; font-weight:700; color:#0f3b2f; margin:2rem 0 0.5rem; border-bottom:2px solid #cfe6dd; padding-bottom:0.3rem; display:inline-block;\">An approach born from listening to staff<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        This initiative is part of a broader social dialogue dynamic. The Staff Delegates' College coupled this operation with a listening session, distributing a questionnaire to staff to gather their impressions on their working conditions. Armed with trial lenses and reading charts, practitioners examined staff members' eyesight, screened for refractive errors and gave personalised advice. A simple examination, but one that is too often neglected in daily professional life, even though good vision directly affects the quality and safety of office work.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"highlight-box\">\r\n        <p>\ud83d\udd0d <strong>Ophthalmological consultation<\/strong> \u2014 A simple step to preserve visual health, essential for office work.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- \u2500\u2500 SECTION 3 \u2500\u2500 -->\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:1.6rem; font-weight:700; color:#0f3b2f; margin:2rem 0 0.5rem; border-bottom:2px solid #cfe6dd; padding-bottom:0.3rem; display:inline-block;\">Blood pressure, that silent barometer<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Second step: blood pressure measurement, carried out for each participant using electronic monitors.
