30px; font-weight: bold;\">The Treasury Staff Mutual Insurance Company (MUTRESOR)<\/h1><p>MUTRESOR was created to promote and maintain a spirit of solidarity and mutual support among active staff and those who have retired or been placed on leave.<\/p><p>Over the years, MUTRESOR has succeeded in creating and fostering this spirit of solidarity among staff through a range of social benefits provided to its members.<\/p><p>Beyond these benefits, it has also embarked on a vast infrastructure program in recent years for the well-being of its members.<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #1a2c3d; border-bottom: 2px solid #F2C230; padding-bottom: 5px; margin-top: 30px;\">Benefits<\/h3><p>MUTRESOR distinguishes itself from other mutuals by the quality of social benefits provided to its members, namely:<\/p><ul><li>the payment of marriage benefits<\/li><li>the payment of death benefits<\/li><li>the payment of retirement bonuses<\/li><li>health insurance<\/li><\/ul><p>These benefits are paid as of right to members whose contributions are up to date, once they have submitted a request to their delegates or directly to MUTRESOR&#8217;s headquarters.<\/p><p>The payment of birth and marriage benefits is MUTRESOR&#8217;s primary means of assistance to its members for happy events and represents MUTRESOR&#8217;s second largest social expenditure item after health coverage.<\/p><p>For staff members eligible for retirement, MUTRESOR pays them an annual allowance in addition to a symbolic gift.<\/p><p>The presentation of this allowance constitutes a moment of communion with the new retirees.<\/p><p>In the event of a member&#8217;s death, an indemnity corresponding to the member&#8217;s rank and group is granted to their spouse, along with the cost of purchasing a wreath of flowers.<\/p><p>Furthermore, MUTRESOR provides a bus free of charge to the family for participation in the deceased&#8217;s funeral.<\/p><p>With regard to medical coverage, MUTRESOR takes out an insurance policy each year for the benefit of its members with its partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.cm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1a2c3d; font-weight: bold;\">AXA<\/span><\/a>.<\/p><p>This policy covers inpatient and outpatient care, childbirth, dental and ophthalmological consultations, surgical procedures, radiotherapy, sanatorium treatments, and medical analyses according to the terms defined in the insurance contract.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; margin-top: 25px;\">There are 2 colleges for health insurance:<\/p><div style=\"background-color: #f8f9fa; padding: 15px; border-left: 4px solid #F2C230; margin: 15px 0;\"><p><strong style=\"color: #1a2c3d;\">College 1:<\/strong> General Manager, Directors, Deputy Directors, Sub-directors, and Equivalents who benefit from medical coverage up to <span style=\"color: #1a2c3d; font-weight: bold;\">80%<\/span> and medical evacuation abroad.<\/p><\/div><div style=\"background-color: #f8f9fa; padding: 15px; border-left: 4px solid #F2C230; margin: 15px 0;\"><p><strong style=\"color: #1a2c3d;\">College 2:<\/strong> Heads of Departments and Equivalents, Category A and B executives, Category 10 and above Contractual staff, and other personnel who benefit from medical coverage up to <span style=\"color: #1a2c3d; font-weight: bold;\">70%<\/span>.<\/p><\/div><p>Members can also insure their spouses and children under College 2.<\/p><p>There are medical centers, laboratories, and pharmacies approved by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.cm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AXA<\/a> as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.cm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AXA<\/a> medical advisors in each region.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axa.cm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AXA<\/a> has provided policyholders with an initial set of biometric cards, and distribution is continuing.<\/p><p>Members must submit reimbursement claims to MUTRESOR Delegates.<\/p><p>Each Financial District has a Delegate, and there are also Delegates for Central Services.<\/p><p>Thanks to continuous monitoring, complaints against AXA are rare.<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #1a2c3d; border-bottom: 2px solid #F2C230; padding-bottom: 5px; margin-top: 30px;\">Achievements of the Treasury Staff Mutual Insurance Company<\/h3><p>In recent years, MUTRESOR has undertaken the construction and acquisition of several infrastructures.<\/p><div style=\"background-color: #f8f9fa; padding: 20px; border-radius: 8px; margin: 20px 0; border: 1px solid #F2C230;\"><p>Among these is the construction of the <strong style=\"color: #1a2c3d;\">Concord International Hotel in Yaound\u00e9<\/strong>, a five-star hotel with two basements and ten floors comprising 123 luxury rooms, a modern swimming pool, a gym, and panoramic views.<\/p><p>The structural work is complete; all that remains is the fitting out and furnishing.<\/p><p>The key executives (Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer) have already been recruited through an international tender process.<\/p><\/div><p>The Board of Directors has authorized the renewal of the vehicle fleet with the acquisition of <span style=\"color: #1a2c3d; font-weight: bold;\">2 35-seater
